The 240 meters tall KIPCO Tower is the first building of its kind in Kuwait.  It offers office spaces, luxurious apartments and retail outlets within a single site. The development is located in the financial district of Sharq, and has become known as one of the most innovative and industrially distinguished structures in Kuwait.

 

The Eaton CEAG Emergency lighting system is supported by batteries ranging from 150 to 540 AH capacity, 9 panels and 3200 safety luminaries and is designed to ensure backup lighting in case of any emergency or power failure, therefore easing evacuation and ensuring the utmost priority to human safety.
