The NBK Children’s Cancer Hospital consists of an outpatient department (clinics), day care facilities (infusion and treatment areas), a bone marrow transplant unit (specialist inpatient unit), specialist laboratories (haematology/oncology testing), a pharmacy and administration areas.

Flexible lighting control with dimming and AV integration was achieved by a Helvar Control System consisting of; 20 multi-sensors for energy conservation, 11 dimmer & switching panels with 31 switching & dimming modules for circuit control, 7 push button panels for switching & dimming control, and 4 floor controllers for system support.
