JumeirahMessilah Beach Hotel & Spa is a beautiful addition to Kuwait’s shoreline and luxury hotel repertoire. The Hotel features around 316 rooms and suites, 80 residential suites and 12 villas.

Flexible lighting control with dimming and AV integration was achieved by a Helvar Control System consisting of; 2 multi-sensors for energy conservation, 53 dimmer & switching panels with 407 switching modules & dimming modules for circuit control, 9 touch panels for central control, 146 push button panels for switching & dimming control, and 18 floor controllers for system support.
