The Avenues is considered to be one of the largest malls in the world with more than 1,200 stores.

The Phase 2 houses a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, family entertainment and play areas, and the first Carrefour Hypermarket in Kuwait.

The Phase 3 consists of Prestige, Grand Avenues, The Mall and The Souk Districts, and has a revolutionary design due to its special ceiling and architecture that transcends a visitor from a mall to a city like experience.

The Phases 4 and 4b include expansions of existing districts that have been highly popular with visitors, including The Prestige, Grand Avenues and Souk Districts, as well as modern and diverse concepts and two hotels that build on the shopping and entertainment experience.
