The new EQUATE Petrochemical Company headquarters  accommodates about 200 staff members. The site area is about 16,500 m², and the built up area is about 18,500 m².

The Eaton CEAG Emergency lighting system is supported by batteries ranging from 32 to 85.7 AH capacity, 10 panels and 603 safety luminaries and is designed to ensure backup lighting in case of any emergency or power failure, therefore easing evacuation and ensuring the utmost priority to human safety.
